Black pittie mix with white spots on the underside of her neck and chest. Less than one year old.

This pet was found without a collar. Name unknown. She was likely scared from the Fourth of July fireworks and bolted from their owner. She has fleas. I treated her with a flea bath and a dose of Capstar flea treatment. She was approached me in a state of fear as I was walking up my driveway with my dog. I took her inside so she could get some respite from the fireworks, discovered she had fleas and took the opportunity to treat her. And, to keep the fleas from spreading in my home and to my senior dog. I hope I can reach this owner! I am in the Millsmont neighborhood.
