This is so sad someone took a picture which is thankful that you taking a picture of this dog. You put it on here, but you didn’t give it water. You didn’t pick it up. Bring it to your house. Take it to a vet people please it’s so hot out there for them especially if they’re not used to it is Dog used to this please go back and see where this dog is at you can’t just leave it outside with no water. no food is burning.😢😢🙏🐶
