Very petite, reddish-blonde, female dog with greenish eyes. Found with a chain collar.

She is actually at the Columbia Animal Shelter now but she is very scared. If you are looking for her, please speak with them ASAP. She will be on a 5-day hold, should her owner come forward. She is really sweet and really scared and will not fare well in a shelter environment.
