Description

Tortoise S Cat Wandering for 6 Months

Message from Finder

Hi! There is a beautiful tortoise s cat that has been frequenting our street for about six months. We originally only spotted her a couple times and thought she was going back to a but we have been seeing a lot more of her these past few weeks and want to know if she has a . I believe her to be a female and about a year old. She was quite young when we first met her last year and seems to be going through her first heat cycle. Please contact me if you need more pictures or have questions. Note: I know she is on a lap in one of these photos but she is quite feral and still tries to bite us if we move too quick with her. We’ve tried catching her once and she got quite angry so we are looking for a trap to catch her safely. As soon as we are able we will attempt to care for her indoors or get her to a rescue.

Additional Note: I am the one who posted this and although she can be very sweet she is quite feral. We have tried to capture her and she will attack although you can see is warming up to us. She gets food and love daily and we have a cat shelter outside of our house that she is using temporarily. We are working to acquire a trap this week as I am aware it’ll be rainy/snowy. We would LOVE to make her part of our family if she does not have a family missing her. Once she is caught we have her checked for a microchipped and spayed.

God Bless those (you!) who tend and provide a safe warm haven for animals in need - ask for proof positive of ownership (vet info, photos) 💪🏻❤️🙏

Are you able to provide care till owners are found? She's so pretty! Poor baby 😔

Since you have the cat on your lap can you take it to any vet and see if it’s chipped? Otherwise take the poor baby to the humane society or St. Paul animal control.
