He was running out in front of cars and I finally was able to get him in my car. I drove up a driveway and a lady came out and I asked her if he was hers, she said no but took him to try to find owners. On Bristol Highway right before W G Woods Road close to the dollar general! I couldn’t just leave him there to get hit. Animal control wouldn’t come out unless it was aggressive they said. The lady at dollar general said that it’s been around for a few days that supposedly it followed some lady that was walking up the highway :(
