Please contact your local shelter and also have him checked for a microchip, it’s a free service and any vet will do that for you You can also contact Rescue, which will help if no Owner is found www.grra.com They will make sure he is absolutely fine medically and we’ll find him a fully vetted and safe home if his owners cannot be found
