Un-neurted Male Cat, really poorly eyes, has been on the streets a long time.

Does anyone own this cat or can please help rescue it? It's eyes have been weeping pus for months and now I think he's blind? Very skinny bengal but huge face, quite skittish, very vocal, quite certain no owner. Not chipped, unable to collar. Suspect he is old.
