Post on PawBoost, Nextdoor and other listed sites. Put his bed or blanket where he can find something familiar. Put up lost dog signs and a lost dog sign in your yard with pictures. Check with your neighbors. Small dogs don’t typically go far. Go to shelters in person. Ask kids and your mailman.
