Christine DeVito Stears he was exhausted! we made sure to give him water and cooled him down right away! He is chipped and at the humane society where they are hoping to contact the owner. We are going to continue checking in, if they cant find the owner I will reach out to you!

Oh my God, he’s exasperated from heat and probably dehydrated. Please give him water and maybe some food after that holy moly I pray to God he finds his owner. If not send them to me and Vero Beach Florida after all protocols have been met.
