Message from Finder
I was driving by Minor Rd when I spotted the deceased cat on the side of the road. I was heartbroken and after a quick reaction, I turned back just to check and make sure there was still any hope of its survival. Unfortunately, it did pass away, but I called the city as soon I could so that it could be checked for a microchip and at least get removed and hopefully buried properly. Last I checked, the body has been removed by 1:30 pm today. If this was your pet, I'm truly sorry for your loss and I hope this brings you some closure.
