Cassie Palmisano it would be far easier for the cat and us if you could put me in touch with Coco's owner. If it isn't Coco, then we can try to catch her and take he in.

Cassie Palmisano Are you sure she has an owner? No tags, no ID. She seems outside ALL the time. In my yard and my neighbors. I need to know otherwise I'm taking her to shelter to see if microchipped, if not - they will take her when they have room. Please send me the owners information/address to verify. Thank you!
