Message from Owner

Jay Jay, our beloved family cat, went missing from Burwood East after being taken by a local resident. The individual initially denied any involvement, but later admitted that he had trapped Jay Jay in a cage because JayJay was entering his backyard. He claimed that he later released Jay Jay, but has not provided any details about where or when. An AirTag that had been attached to Jay Jay was located inside an empty cage in the individual’s vehicle. The matter has been reported to police, and all available evidence has been provided. Our only goal is to find Jay Jay and bring him home safely. We will not proceed with the complaint if he tell us or a third party where is JayJay. We seek peace and only want JayJay home. Please help us to find JayJay and we make sure you would never ever seen him in your yard if that was the case.

Thank you! He claimed that he released him on the same spot which is unlikely the truth. He would have make his way home by now if he was here. We have no further information. Police investigating and we don’t want to get involved with the investigation or himself directly. We only want Jay Jay be back.

Obviously, as the airtag was located in a cage in his car, this person knows what happened to Jay Jay. It also seems to me that Jay Jay has been taken some distance from your home, and that he might not be able to find his own way back. While you just want him back, it does not seem to me that your neighbor intends to cooperate. Maybe it is time to involve the police.😟
