TY for helping! Can you try getting her scanned for a chip? If you cannot secure for the 30 days while owners are located, its best you take her to the OC animal center in Tustin. Owners will usually look there first. Ask for proof of ownership plz and don't give to just anyone 🙏 Another option would be to contact rescues. Here are some local rescues: Meoowz ResQ, Paws in the Sand, Pups and Pals, SGGV, Girls of dogs, FOCHP, Helen Sanders Cat Paws, Cats and Cuddles, Tiny Paws and Whiskers, Dominos, Surf City, Tonks Feline foster, Friends of Normie.
