It won’t let me change it originally we thought a dog that was found in Pittston may have been this dog but unfortunately it wasn’t so I updated it to Scranton but it won’t let me change the original info

Maybe I'm not following this post properly, but it states that the dog has been found and now you're trying to locate the person who found the dog?

Try lostmydoggie.com they have a service that sends out a lost pet alert to the phones in your area with a description and your phone number. There is a fee, but that’s how I found my cat. If you can print out flyers give some to your mail carriers and your neighbors and put them on the porches as well as telephone poles. Also give them to the animal shelters and the veterinarian‘s office. If there are businesses nearby, ask if you can put a flyer in the window. 💔🙏
