One of my neighbors has found this cat, my hse is already too full of animals and they are allergic so he/shes outside, but he/she being fed but just crying and super sweet I think he/she is still a kitten . Super friendly as he/she seems like a missing pet. Has a clipped ear so most likely microchipped, I’m going to see if animal control could scan him or her tomorrow, but I’m not trying to let them go to the pound.
