My sweet Mystic got out and did not come last night. He is microchipped (although it may have migrated to his side body) and wears a bright orange collar with his info on it. He is about 10 months old. He is so sweet and approachable. Please help get him back . I appreciate your help! Rebekah

Put a pile of dirty clothes/sheets outside your door as your scent may draw him home. If you have a garage and it’s safe to do so, leave your garage door secured up just high enough for him to slip under. Put some dirty clothes in there too. Search during the overnight hours with a flashlight when it’s very quiet out; look for glowing eyes and listen for meowing. Call him in a calm voice. Look up in case he’s in a tree or on a roof. Check storm drains regularly. Ask neighbors to check and recheck garages and sheds. Notify the chip co. promptly and ensure they have your current contact info. Posting big, bright signs (see examples) immediately is one of the most effective things you can do to find your cat.
