Fledge Rondo I spoke to the lady that was taking the stray dogs and she said they don't pick up cats because you are allowed to shoot and . We are outside of city limits.

Neighborhoods in San Antonio do NOT have ordinances to "shoot and poison stray cats", it's illegal animal cruelty to intentionally harm stray cats statewide across Texas and locally here in San Antonio. If anyone is doing anything horrible like that, make sure to gather evidence and report them to local police, Animal Care Services, Bexar County Animal Control or call 311 to get in contact with an Animal Cruelty Investigator.
