We lost our newish, young cat outside in the nice weather Monday; he slipped out of his harness. Does anyone have a humane trap we can borrow? He's nearby - I saw him last night in our neighbor's. I'm so worried about him in this wet cold. 😭 TIA

Welle Illbe were you able to borrow a trap yet? Many shelters/rescues will lend them to you for a refundable deposit. Your baby is beautiful. 🙏🐈🏡

Try Going out late at night ie midnight and again early am ie 5 or 6 am with their smelly food and treats. Shake treat bag and call out their name. Take a flashlight and check under porches and bushes. Also if you can leave a bat window and garage door open so they can get in. Do for multiple days if needed. Good luck.

Post on Nextdoor and Ring apps. Ask neighbors to check car hoods, garages and sheds immediately. Make sure to tap hoods of the car around. Keep an entryway open for cat to get in. Buy or loan a live cat trap from online stores or local tnr groups. Leave your garage open with cat to enter. Put some food and your clothing there for smell. Get a motion sensor camera to detect when cat is around your property

Put clothes with your scent outside and check bushes and trees with a flashlight at night shake bag of treats or dry food and call it's name
