Shidoshi was a neighborhood cat, who was abandoned when his owner moved out. He was a smaller cat and something, or someone beat him severely and also tried to cut his throat. I rescued him, got him chipped and vaccinated and took care of him for 18 months inside my . he has become a loving beautiful soul who sleeps with me every night. He got out when the door was not latched properly. He is easily frightened and hates loud noises. He is terrified of dogs.. please help me find my baby

Shared. Hope you find him safe and sound. Definitely check under your house if possible, garage doors or shed that might’ve been open earlier and now are closed. Indoor kitties who are so scared usually stay very close to health even if they get out.

Put some of your worn dirty socks, p.j.s, teeshirts on the front porch so he can get your scent. Get out around 10 p.m. walk your area calling him. Look under bushes, houses, he may be hiding close by.

Post on pawboost and nextdoor apps as well, put some of his bedding on your porch but not the litter box or food it will draw more critters that will scare him away more. Take a flyer with his picture on it to the shelter there in Galveston and report him missing and the area where you live, also do a walk through at the shelter as well. Notify the chip company and your vet's office that he's missing and if your information needs to be updated on the chip now is the time to update it.
