This guy was supposed to watch him for my family and he turns around and gives him away and now we cant find him that guy is not giving us any information on were he is either I just want my boy back ive had him since he can fit in my palm please I hope he is found he is very recognizable. He is microchips but in my boyfriend father's name and at the moment he is incarceration and we never got a chance to update his tags

Make sure, (in the meantime), to Post large Lost/Stolen signs at area crossroads in the area where he was supposed to have been cared for. Give out Flyers for miles around... Ask people to review their Security/Ring cameras for the timeframe in which he went missing...maybe they'll see some details. Report Lost to all shelters for counties around; Put an Ad in the local newspapers; check Craigslist. Offer a REWARD for safe return, no questions asked; Hope this helps you to get your pet back!

You may have to file a Claim against them in Small Claims Court; (you would file your case at the County Court where they live.). They would be subpoenaed, and also any witnesses which you have to support your Claim. You would also present evidence like Vet Records, Microchip info, texts, emails, showing your agreement, etc. Hopefully they'd rather give you your pet back, instead of being fined for theft if property. (You may also need to file a Replevin Action, (to force return of the pet; you could ask more details at the court.)
