Check the surrounding shelters every day. Not just the one in your city. Someone may have picked him up and not live near you, and dropped him at the shelter near them. It’s easy to do, go on their websites and scan the pictures. Also, go in person sometimes they hold dogs in the back that are not in the pictures. And make sure you put posters up because not everyone’s on social media.
