I'm very sorry to hear about Binx. There's an organization in Maryland that formed in 2008. It's a legitimate 501c3 tracking and consultation service called DogsFindingDogs.com. They are easily verified. You go to their home page, click on Get Started and fill out the form. Someone will respond to see how they can help you find Binx.
