Karan Schwencer and there is ahold period when you find an animal. You can't just take it, give it to a rescue. You have to take it to the shelter or you have to do a Gray spirit of holding it and trying to find the owner. It is illegal to keep it or find it at home without proof that you searched for the owner's

Those dogs weren’t lost they were were stolen once they found out that the female couldn’t be bred they tried to make it look like they were abandoned
