You have to set a trap and get the kitten. There's no two ways about it. Then you can see if it has a microchip and belongs to somebody. Otherwise, it's going to grow up to be a cat that is neither spayed or neutered and start procreating, and you'll have a bunch of kitties around this area... You should post this on the Facebook page for Community cats of the Palm Beaches TNR
