Description
Scared young dog with a red flowery harness and green leash attached has been around the Skylofts parking lot (MLK/Beaucatcher). Neighbor and I tried to corral it into the dog park but it was too smart and suious and ran down Carroll Ave. Brown/black/tan mut, maybe german shepard/pitty mix. About 40 lbs.
