Poor old dog it's to hot probably why it got out looking for a cooler spot maybe a kids pools to cool down law in shade food water.🙏🏽🙄 I hope pet parent want pup back .

Looks like he was a poor bait dog by the looks of the wounds and scars. So abused by those horrible men and then dumped if they are still alive. Doesn’t know what love is unless it was someone’s dog that got loose and then taken. So sad . There is a Pit rescue. So sad. He is scared and hurting.
