We may have found the owners. Pending proof of ownership. They went on vacation and left the dog with grandparents on Pala Rd and he escaped the yard somehow. He is with a family nearby who has an English bulldog. He will be staying with them until the rightful owners return and provide proof of ownership. Thank you to everyone who helped or offered to do so.
