Manuel Acero Thank you for trying to help him. He does need to get into the A/C asap, so please take him to a shelter nearby quickly. I understand your A/C is out, but bulldogs will overheat very quickly. It’s very risky giving him away to someone on FB. I don’t recommend it. Too many people don’t have good intentions, especially with this breed. And many people don’t realize bulldogs can’t be near pools at all. Shelters aren’t all terrible - most will give the dog some time to get adopted and he will be fed and kept in the AC. They will also make sure he’s neutered before being adopted and will reach out to rescues. You could also reach out to rescues to get him seen, but he needs to get off the streets and into AC immediately 🙏🏻 Here’s a few great bulldog rescues - email is the best way to get a hold of them. Clinton Malan that is true hot weatherfor them is very dangerous,,I am in escondido and its been really hot here. I know oceanside is sooo much cooler though. Hope that is the case right now.
