God I wish I lived closer I hope you find the owner please bring him inside as he doesn't do well with the heat I have an exotic and I know he can't be outside more than 20 minutes I live in Florida but please make sure he's safe he's so beautiful

You might want to contact Southern California Bulldog Rescue. But seriously, he's probably from right around the neighborhood.Just put up some flyers, and his rightful owner should be able to show you pictures.As proof that the dog belongs to them.
