Black and white back black legs has a distinctive half of a black mustache does have a flea collar clear one he has been fixed since I rescued him November 2022 he had surgery when he was bit by a dog I had him fully vaccinated and fixed He’s really smart cat and has never sprayed from my yard until the weather got really nice and I think he thought it was spring time and now has lost his way!
