Marisol González thank you for everything done to help this dog. I kept thinking the dog looked familiar. There were two frenchies picked up and brought to the Norwood Police station on June 8th. The dogs were found running on Chester Pike in Norwood which probably isn’t a mile from Glenolden. If this is the case, the police were probably already familiar with the dogs. So, perhaps that is why no identification was presented. I know that I would be wondering why so I decided to comment. I’ll attach a photo of the two dogs for you to see. Thanks again.
