My daughter lives in the Evergreen community Thonotosassa. These poor pups were dumped. Mama had puppies recently but we could not find them. She has an older dog that does not get along with others so the best she can do is feed them and give them water. Animal control and shelters have refused to come get the dogs because they are not hurt. I'm asking any rescue or fosters to please go pick them up. I have three dogs also and cannot take them in! Shelters are all full from what I am hearing.
