Description

White dog wearing green harness Description: This sweet white dog wandered into my front yard on 28th Street yesterday. It was extremely hungry and thirsty, so I gave it some food and water. Key Details: Appearance: Short-haired, all-white (looks like a Pitbull mix). Accessories: Wearing a blue collar and a green tactical-style harness. Status: I left my front yard open hoping it would find its way back home after resting, but it was still waiting in my yard this morning. It seems very lost.

李若缺 thank you for keeping this dog safe. PLEASE DONT GIVE JUST TO ANYONE. They will use him as bait in a dog fighting ring or throw him in there and make him fight for his life before they tear him to shreds. He feels safe with you and your family bless you guys.

Thank you for all the wonderful well-wishes and advice. We don't have experience with large dogs, so here is a brief update on his situation to reassure everyone: Secured the yard: We have locked the gate, and he is familiarizing himself with our home. It's very clear he likes being in a safe environment. Comfortable shelter: We bought a doghouse, so he now has a comfortable place to sleep. Keeping pets separated: We have a 4 lb small dog at home who strictly stays indoors and is extremely terrified of the "new neighbor," so we haven't let the big dog inside the house for now. Healthy appetite: He really likes our Blue Buffalo puppy food—in just one day, he ate 15 days' worth of our small dog's food! Microchip scan: We went to the shelter to scan him, but unfortunately, there was no microchip information. Avoiding the shelter: We are holding off on surrendering him to the shelter because friends warned us about the high possibility of euthanasia. Searching for the owner: We will actively look for his owner. This dog is incredibly well-trained, and I firmly believe he comes from a wonderful family.
