Take him for a free microchip scan at any pet store, vet, shelter, or firestation, which may offer owner info if the chip info is registered and current. He is precious! Thank you for helping keep him safe.

Any vet can scan him for a chip it’s free and may help. Also sharing on nextdoor for neighbors might help too
