Lemon Grove is Chula Vista shelter jurisdiction . They are closed to public today but they have staff on site to receive found lost animals until 4pm. 130 Beyer way in Chula Vista go to the green covered gate in the parking lot and ring the buzzer on the right. They leave 12-1 for lunch. The dog will most likely escape the yard. Malis can easily jump climb 6ft fences . Chula Vista Animal Care Facility dispatch 619-476-2476 they might come tomorrow and pick up if the dog is still there
