Elisha Silva sorry I’m trying to watch what I say. The shelter has tried contacting the owners and have not been able to. He is chipped and they have the contact info and I believe a number was on his collar, maybe inside.

Elisha Silva hi,yes, I was waiting for official response about his owners whom the shelter has tried to contact with no luck. The shelter has taken excellent care of him, he was suffering from heat and dehydration, an ear infection and limp. He does have a low grade heart murmur. The vet said he’s very sweet and he was adopted last year I believe. I’m waiting for the xray results but I don’t think it’s anything serious. I emailed the director asking if possible he be placed on the adoption floor or that we have more time to raise funds for a rescue. Do you recall seeing a PawBoost in this dog? You did the right thing g by calling AC. He had a 104’ temp.

Lisa Flanagan Sanzo hi Lisa. I called this morning. He is still at PBC ACC and his owners have been called but no response. The poor pup will need a foster or rescue pull. Any suggestions? I’m happy to make some calls.

~~~Give a copy of the picture with information to the mailman in the area… They encounter many people & situation… Put a sign with information & picture in your front yard if you can & @ stop signs… For found animals Please take him to check for a microchip it’s free @ any Vet,Pet store etc. … Always get your animal microchipped, it gives a better chance of being reunited… There is always the possibility that a neighbor may have taken your “Fur~Baby” in thinking it was abandoned… Report any animal missing or found to your local dog pound… PetCo has free software that uses photo recognition to match your photo to photos from rescues and shelters…

🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘 UPDATE Camo needs our pledges to attract a rescue. Sadly, Camo’s family surrendered him to the shelter. His injuries are not that extensive. The shelter vet commented on what a sweet boy he is. He has received excellent vet care. He doesn’t have any broken bones but he does have lacerations, a wound on his foot and a heart murmur. Because of the heart murmur and slightly enlarged heart the shelter has sent out a 48 hour rescue request. Camo is a loving, sweet, dog friendly and housebroken boy. He will be euthanized in 48 hours if a rescue doesn’t step up. I’m pledging $100 to a reputable rescue.

Lisa Flanagan Sanzo I called this morning he is still at PBC ACC. His animal ID number is 2223939. He is on the ACC website and it looks like he is chipped. No one has claimed him yet.
