This dog was found purposely tied to a metal bar. No food or water. Animal control had to help get it out and confirmed that it was purposely tied and left there. It’s with animal control now. The dog looks well kept and healthy. It was only aggressive because it was terrified. Our concern is that it could have been a stolen or lost family pet.

So glad this kind of animal abuse is now a first class felony punishable by prison and large fines. Hope that person is found quickly. Thanks to the person who found the dog and to Animal Control who saved him 🙏🏻
