Could this possibly be him? This dog has been running around the Raising Canes shopping center off 99th & McDowell for weeks. Someone dumped him there because there are no homes around the center. Not sure exactly how long it’s been there because it won’t let anyone near it and he hides. My son saw him a couple days ago so he definitely is still in the center. We tried to catch him and he was dodging cars to avoid us. Even Animal control and H.A.A.R.T couldn’t catch the dog so it’s still there. It has been getting food from the fast food places around there. I think everyone has been feeding it since they can’t catch him. He is thin since he has been out for awhile but I can’t tell if it’s the same dog or not.
