Thank you, Susan M. I looked up 24PetConnect and there was a cat that looked a lot like Simba at the WVC Shelter. I had to wait until today to check because they are closed on weekends. I was so hopeful, but unfortunately it wasn't him. I am really sad. But on the bright side, this cat had a microchip and his owners were found. I'm still hoping and won't give up.
