Sierra Gallegos, you're incorrect. Homeless/addicts steal anything they can, including pets, particularly dogs. They trade them, they abuse them, they use them as props, etc. The days of pretending that this, as well as a lot of other very unsavory behavior, is over.

Sara Kielar this dog was mistaken for Korra and sent to her mom a few times- understand the logic that I used that I thought the pup would be dirty since she has been away from home. There was no ill intention with my comment.
