Dog was mostlikely stolen. If you see him drop locations and contact police. Homeless are known for stealing dogs to keep the mice off and from biting them at night. Very dangerous for the dogs if they eat or consume the rodents fluids.

Sierra Gallegos girl this is how we find lost dogs. this happens a lot. if you saw a kid trying to get away from a dad you'd assume the same thing so off the high hourse booboo

Sierra Gallegos hi! I personally was homeless and would hang around homeless and they definitely steal pets! Mostly bc the homeless sleeps alone in areas and a dog always barks when someone comes.! It's just their strategy. I'm sure if u offer them money they will give the dog. I hate to say it. Sometimes when u offer them drugs they'll immediately give away the animal.
