Sarah Baker perhaps but with all of the dogs that are being stolen, I think they would act quickly. I had an incident happen near my house last weekend and I knew the dog did not belong to this homeless person and I pulled over, called 911 and I hung out with a guy for a little bit. I even gave him $6 and Denver rolled up within 3 minutes. The dog was not his he admitted. They called the number on the dogs call her and the owners were crying and they immediately ran down and got him. I couldn't stay to figure out like what happened to the guy but they came, pretty quick.

Alexandria Marie and say what? I am stereotyping a homeless man with a poorly trained dog officers and clearly its an emergency. You must come quick because it is my suspicion that the dog wont behave for the homeless man because he has stolen it from someone. No sir, no I dont have any proof. Did I ask him if he needed help or if that was his dog? No of course not, I just called right away because clearly this homeless man should not have a dog!!! Its an emergency!
