White scruffy scared lost/roaming dog

SIGHTED 2:50/2:55AM as I dropped off an uber eats order on the street before; dog was wandering/lost/approaching random yards. I called out to dog- dog ran, I followed dog down the street & attempted to approach- dog got scared began barking & took refuge on random hse driveway on Pomeroy (street or rd not sure which its called). IMMEDIATELY i filled out an online HARTT - Humane Animal Rescue and Trapping Team form& texted their team as I did not have a leash in my car. I work @ a dog daycare i should probably have a leash in my car. anyways dog wouldnt let me approach to check for collar or tags and then was on someones property hiding. If you’re missing a scruffy white dog in that area this is where they were! terrible photo im sorry but the dog moved as i took a pic.
