Lynnae Evans they try and tame them but some cats are feral and they have someone in the neighborhood that feeds them. I do this. I have trapped 10 cats had them spayed and neutered, 4 have been adopted and I am feeding and housing the rest in the neighborhood along with 3 other neighbors. I have 3 heated cat boxes in the winter for them to stay in and a sheltered tent

Lynnae Evans The left ear would be notched if it was TNR. It serves a purpose so people can tell immediately if the kitty has been spayed or neutered. In the case of a female, this is essential . The scar disappears over time and I’ve known people to take cat to have spayed that has already been spayed and that is horrible to put a kitty through that…
