Check petharbor.com daily, it links to animal shelters in Houston. Click on each shelter in Houston to find pictures of intakes. They only keep strays for 72 hrs before they are put up for adoption or euthanized. Please don't delay.

Post on nextdoor.com for neighbors awareness. Check this same site you posted on to see if there is a found post on him. He's more of a Shepard mix than a chi. Unless the picture is wrong.
