Small brown/red chihuahua with pointed rectangular ears and a black nose. He was last seen around 9:00 am on nov 6th and was wearing a vibration collar with no identification :(

Denise yes. Looks like a shock collar but does not have the prongs. Luckily- it will only vibrate with remote. So he can still bark. Thank you, despite your advice, life is messy and mistakes are made. We all want him home and safe.

What's a vibration collar? So he won't bark? Hope you find your pet and keep inside where he is safe, comfortable and happy to be with people. Outside only when supervised. It's really cold out there so hope find quick. Check all shelters, including Burbank.
