FOUND DOG š¾ I found this sweet dog running around in my barn and backyard near Swarner Park in Shawnee. He has a harness on, but no collar or tag with a phone number, and he appears to be someoneās beloved pet. I walked around the back area of Swarner Park to see if I could locate his owner, but no one was there looking for him. I also reached out to a few neighbors, and they thought he may belong to someone nearby. I drove the neighborhood but no luck. I believe he could be my neighborās dog up the street, so I left a note on their door since they were not home. I also called the Great Plains SPCA, but unfortunately, I wasnāt able to get him there before they closed. If weāre unable to find his family tonight, Iāll take him to the Great Plains SPCA in the morning to have him scanned for a microchip.
