You see we just adopted him this past Sunday from this people who took him in from his original owners who are said to be getting deported. Im not sure if he has a microchip, we didn't get a chance to ask. He's friendly and im sure he's nervous. There's a chance someone picked him up so if everyone could be on the look out that would be very much appreciated. Please.
