His collar is off because he doesnt wear it at home. He is microchipped, i adopted him over a year ago after my first tumor removal, i have him as a support dog. He is hse broken, doesn’t bite, loves getting attention.he has sensitive skin so he has dandruff on his back, and will vomit if you feed him chicken. If anyone’s seen him please send him home.
