The pup is now in the hands of ANIMAL CONTROL 💕 IT'S A GREAT DOG AND HE WILL BE VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF! I GUARANTEE HE WILL BE ADOPTED OUT TO A GOOD HOME.

This was sent 3 days ago. I responded and then never heard anything back. Someone help me track this email so I can send an officer. They don't deserve this dog leaving it out in 100°.

You can take the pet to any local vet/24 hr animal hospital, to have scanned for a microchip at no cost. Please require *multiple* photos as proof of ownership & vet records if claimed, to ensure the pet goes home to their legal owners💕🐾 Please offer food/water and shelter if possible. Sadly, we never know how long they have been out on their own. Thank you again for your kindness in helping a lost pet 🐾💕

Have you contacted animal Control? Use : Request.indy.gov or call dispatch and say the dog is in heat distress and you need animal control. You must say “Heat distress” to get them there faster 317-327-3811 having it scanned is the fastest way to find their family

Debbie Evans If I take it, it's staying there. There isn't no checking for a microchip and then I bring it home. I will straight up leave it there and walk out. Not my problem but causing me problems with my own dogs that I take care of.

Still roaming, day 3. My gate is open, once I get him/her trapped, will be gone to Animal Control. I had one person reach out claiming it's their dog but then never showed up or shown any interest. Police report made as well.
